To place an order, first add products to your Shopping Basket. To do this, press the BUY button on the full details page of the product you wish to purchase. If the product has any options, such as Size or Colour, you can select these before pressing the BUY button.

From within your Shopping Basket, you may change the quantity of each product if you wish - do this by changing the number in the Quantity column and pressing the Recalculate button. You may not change the options that you have selected, and so if you have made a mistake or changed your mind, you must remove the product from your Basket. To remove a product, tick the Remove box against the product/s you wish to remove and press the Recalculate button.

Once you are satisfied with your order, press the Checkout button.

If you are an existing customer, login with your email address and password.

If you are a new customer simply enter your email address in the field below the existing customer login - an account will be set up for you on completion of your order. On the next page you will be required to enter your details (name, address and contact details) and also enter a password of your choice for your new Skisurf account. Once you have entered your details, press the Save and proceed button.

At the Checkout, your delivery details and the selected products of your order are displayed - you may return and edit any of these details using the appropriate links. When you are satisfied with your order, press the Google Checkout button.

You will receive an automated email confirmation from our website confirming your order, along with your new Skisurf account login details if you are a new customer. You will also receive email confirmation of your order from Google. You full order details can be viewed from Your account.
