Delay to DAKINE 2012 Tools and Accessories until end November 2011.
Many apologies for the delay on some of the Dakine Tools, Socks, and gloves, We have been in close contact with the manufacturer and we have been given a date of the 20th November for delivery of the remaining goods, all customers with outstanding orders will have their goods dispatched on a next day service as soon as they come into stock.
No Moneys will be charged until point of despatch. This delay is affecting all retailers in the UK as it is an availability issue from Dakine and not a local issue specific to us.
If you do not want to wait until the new stock arrives please notify us at sales@edgeriders.com and we will cancel the affected items from your order or in the event your order only contains the affected goods will cancel the complete order.
I hope you understand and sorry for an inconvenience caused, please keep an eye on this blog for updates on the situation hopwever we entirely hope that all orders will be honoured by the end of November 2011.
