After a prolonged summer in the Alps..winter has finally arrived.

Last 2 nights has seen snowfalls and today I witnessed at exactly 08.30 ..rain turn to snow flakes in les Allues (1100m)

Today has been mixed. but it has been snowing most of the morning. All the mountains are snowcapped now.

So get out your Snowboard and Skis out and hit the slopes More is forecast  welcome the new snow..
